Carrot Cake With Lemon And Raisin

Bahan :

350 gr Gula pasir

250 gr Gula palem

350 ml Vegetable oil

500 gr Tepung terigu

5 btr Telur

5 gr Garam

5 gr Baking Soda

10 gr Baking powder

600 gr Wortel parut

75 gr Kismis (untuk isi dan taburan)

15 gr Tepungterigu (untuk balur kismis)

15 gr Lemon parut

Cara membuat :

Campur seluruh bahan, kecuali kismis, tanpa menggunakan mikser, aduk rata. Masukkan kismis untuk campuran dan taburan
