Bolu Kukus Mekar

Bahan :

2 bt     Telur
200 gr  Gula pasir
2 sdt    SP
275      Tepung terigu
¼ sdt   Coklat pasta
200 ml Minuman bersoda

75 gr   Dark cooking chocolate
25 gr   Meises

 

*Jika ingin berwarna-warni (seperti foto), hilangkan DCC dan coklat pasta. Ganti pewarna dan pasta yang sesuai.

 

 Cara membuat :

·          Kocok telur, gula, dan SP sampai mengembang, kurang lebih 10 menit.

·          Tambahkan tepung d an air soda, sedikit-sedikit bergantian, aduk rata.

·          Masukkan coklat leleh dan meisis adukperlahan.

·          Tuang dalam cetakan, kukus selama 10 menit.

    Kenapa bolu kukus yg saya buat bawahnya menciut kedalam tetapi atasnya mekar?
