Muffin

Bahan :

A. 350 gr Tepung terigu

B. 230 gr Butter

110 cc Air

2 gr Garam

C. 200 gr Telur

D. 300 gr Gula pasir

8 gr Baking Powder

E. 50 gr Choco Chips

Cara membuat :

- Rebus B sampai mendidih

- Masukkan tepung ke kom mikser, masukkan B panas-panas lalu dimikser dedengan speed sedang sampai hangat.

- Masukkan telur satu per satu.

- Masukkan D ke adonan, kocok.

- Masukkan E, tuang ke cetakan.

- Oven 160 C kurang lebih 25 menit.
