<p>100 gr mentega</p>
<p>50 gr gula tepung</p>
<p>2 btr kuning telur ayam</p>
<p>225 gr tepung terigu, ayak</p>

<p>Bahan isi :  1 kg apel manalagi atau granny smith<span id="more-72"></span></p>

<p>3 sdm tepung terigu</p>
<p>1 sdt kayu manis bubuk</p>
<p>¼ sdt pala bubuk</p>
<p>¼ sdt galam halus</p>
<p>Mentega/margarine beku potong kotak kecil2</p>
<p>Bahan olesan :  1 butir kuning telur</p>
<p>Cara membuat :</p>
<p>Crust :  Kocok mentega dengan gula sampai tercampur rata, masukan kuning telur kocok kembali sampai lembut  Masukan vanilla aduk rata, masukan secara bertahap terigu kedalam adonan mentega, aduk2 dengan pisau pastry, jangan menggunakan tangan, lakukan sampai terigu habis dan adonan tercampur rata  Gilas tipis sebagian adonan, letakan diatas loyang pie (spring form) yg telah diolesi mentaga, ratakan dan tekan2 agar melekat pada cetakan, sisihkan</p>
<p>Isi :  Kupas apel dan iris tipis2 memanjang, rendam dalam air garam, agar tidak menghitam  Campur semua bahan kering, kecuali mentega</p>
<p>Penyelesaian :   Tiriskan apel, susun diatas adonan pie didalam loyang, taburi dengan sebagian campuran gula dan kayumanis sampai tertutup rata  Susun kembali apel, dan taburi kembali dengan campuran gula, buat lapisan ini berkali2 hingga memenuhi permukaan loyang  Gilas kembali sisa adonan hingga tipis, potong2 memanjang, susun dipermukaan pie, hingga menutupi permukaan pie, olesi permukaan pie dengan kuning.  Oven dalam suhu 180C selama 30 menit atau sampai permukaannya menguning.</p>

<p>3. Keluarkan ayam dari panci presto. Dinginkan.</p>
<p>4. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah panas sampai kecoklatan.</p>

 Kocok mentega, gula, vanili hingga mengembang dan pucat, masukkan telur, kocok lagi hingga tercampur rata dan mengembang.

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana" lang="IN">Masukkan sukade, aduk rata. Loyang diameter 20 cm. Oven hingga matang suhu 180 lk 45 menit Angkat, dinginkan. Potong-potong.</span></p>
