Daun Mint

Pemakaian daun mint sesuai dengan kebutuhan, bisa ditambahkan kedalam teh manis. Daunnya hanya perlu dicuci dan diremas saja, kemudian dimasukkan kedalam teh yang masih panas. Untuk campuran juice, bisa langsung di blender halus atau agak kasar, itu disesuaikan dengan selera. Kalau untuk campuran cookies atau cake biasanya hanya di ambil ekstraknya saja (buang ampasnya). Source : Uceu
